Help

I'm trying to use the video or image files that come with the songs themselves. I have the settings required for them to work turned on but they still don't work. Can someone help?

I have a problem with the frets and the mediator, I will separate in two categories

Frets: The frets act like the mediator in-game and I need to spam the fret

Ex: If I touch the green fret while there is no notes, I will get an error

Mediator: The mediator only work on the main menu and not in-game

Thank you for helping me to fix my bugs, even if I play with my keyboard or my USB guitar, my problem will occur....
